Is there water service to the properties?
Water may be drawn from the river or public water lines will be installed in front of each parcel. If water lines are installed parcel owners would receive water bills from the utility company upon building a home and would be responsible for the connection costs from the main water lines in the road to their homes. This one-time connection fee is estimated to be US $400 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when you desire to do so.
