are free to utilize
their own architects
and designers in
planning and

the designs pictured
and said designs are
available for
purchase and use
directly from the
respective
architects(s). You
should contact the
architects for
availability of your
selected plans.
Your builder and/or
architect or other
professionals are
responsible for
ensuring that plans
comply with any
applicable local,
district and/or
governmental
requirements. Some
home plans may not
be available on
certain lots
depending on size
and dimensions. For
any plans, designs,
or models by other
architects or
engineers, or any
alterations,
amendments or
changes to the
renderings on this
page, lot owner(s)
are responsible for
securing permission
from, and remaining
in compliance with,
all local, district
and/or governmental
laws and ordinances.
